Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Period:
You have 30 days from receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

Conditions:

• The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return:
Email info@feurage.com with your details and order number. Once approved, we will send you a return label and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Special cases:

• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us immediately upon receipt to resolve the issue.
• Non-returnable items: Personalized, perishable goods, hazardous materials, personal care items, gift cards, or discounted products cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order.

Costs:
Return or exchange shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If not received within 15 business days, contact us.

EU Policy:
If your order is shipped within the EU, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason under the same conditions.
